I bricked too many Android phones in the past and have (re)installed too many Linux and Windows installations because of “Bricked by Tinkering”. No more of that.
For that, I opted some years ago to start using Apple products, first an iPhone and some time later a Macbook. I recently replaced this Macbook for a new model, an Air M3. And as expected, it’s a very boring machine to use and exact that gives me joy. It’s quiet, it’s performant, it doesn’t nag. Happy days.
Note-to-future-self: reconsider Midnight, it’s a fingerprint magnet.
